Government to focus on institutional building, socialist democracy
(VOVWORLD) - The Government will focus on institutional building including reviewing laws and regulations, according to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

Mr. Chinh told a cabinet meeting on Tuesday that Vietnam is working diligently to build socialist democracy, a socialist state governed by law, and an innovative, disciplined, action-oriented, and effective Government in service of the people.
The cabinet meeting discussed the revised Law on Insurance Business, proposed revisions to the Law on Radio Frequencies, and a report to iron out difficulties for investment and business activities affected by COVID-19.
