(VOVworld) – Democrat Hillary Clinton on Thursday criticized her rival republican Donald Trump after he described her and President Barack Obama as the founders of the IS.

In a statement on her personal website page, former Secretary of State Clinton wrote that anyone who is ready to frequently offend others does not deserve to become the nation’s leader.

The Democratic National Committee said Trump’s recent announcement was a completely false accusation, adding that it was another example proving that Trump is not suitable for the presidency and lacks experience on national security issues.

The committee asked the billionaire to apologize for the offensive and false statement. Jake Sullivan, top foreign policy advisor to Hillary Clinton, said Trump was recommending that the US’s enemies attack American leaders and interests instead of putting forward serious anti-terrorist plans or making the US a safer place.
