(VOVworld) - The 2016 Hanoi Ao Dai Festival attracted more than 30,000 visitors after three days.

On top of professional models, 2016 Hanoi Ao Dai Festival involves the participation of many international guests.

Deputy Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Ngo Van Quy made the statement at the closing ceremony of the festival which concluded on Sunday with a host of activities to honour Vietnam’s traditional long dress.

This year’s Ao dai festival involved the participation of ambassadors and representatives from embassies and international organizations in Vietnam, researchers, designers, and artists nationwide.

After this event, Hanoi’s Tourism Department plans to organize field trips for travel agents and companies to conduct surveys for developing new tourist products and tours.
