Hanoi athletes contribute 30% of Vietnam’s total SEA Games medals
(VOVWORLD) -The Hanoi Party Committee has just agreed on holding a ceremony to commend and reward Hanoi athletes and coaches for their achievements at the 31st Southeast Asian Games on Friday.

Hanoi hosted the opening and closing ceremonies and nearly 20 competitions of the just-concluded SEA Games.
Hanoi city contributed 332 out of 1,341 members of the Vietnam Sports Delegation to the Games.
They competed in 36 out of 40 sports at the Games, winning 151 medals, including 62 gold, 35 silver, and 54 bronze medals, accounting for more than 30% of the total number of medals Vietnam won.
