(VOVworld) - Hanoi’s Fatherland Front held a meeting with voters on Tuesday to report back on the outcomes of the fourth meeting of the municipal People’s Council. The city council passed five proposals to develop the local agricultural, education and training, industry, trade, and healthcare sectors by 2020 with a vision to 2030. They will also introduce policies to support agricultural production and the development of new rural areas. Ngo Thi Doan Thanh, the Council’s Chairwoman, said it was essential to make it easier for the public to access more information about the new adopted resolutions, master plans, and policies so that voters can become more involved in the monitoring process.
