Hanoi People’s Council wraps up its 11th session
(VOVworld) - Hanoi People’s Council closed its 11th session on Friday. The council chairwoman Ngo Thi Doan Thanh said that delegates had analyzed social economic development, budget collection and the municipal leadership.
