(VOVworld) – Vietnamese deputy Defense Minister, Senior lieutenant-general Nguyen Chi Vinh hosted a reception in Hanoi on Friday for Military Attaches of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in Vietnam.

Mr. Vinh expressed his hope that in his new position, Colonel Pae Gyong Nam who has concluded his working term in Vietnam will make more contributions to enhancing the bilateral relations between the two armies and peoples. Congratulating the new military attaché in Vietnam, Vinh said he hopes Colonel Jong Nam Chol will continue to be a link between the two ministries of defense.

Both Korean officers promised to do their utmost to boost bilateral ties between the two armies and peoples.
