Hanoi, Quang Ninh ease COVID-19 restrictions
(VOVWORLD) - Most students in Hanoi returned to school on Tuesday morning after the Lunar New Year holiday was extended at the government’s request to contain the spread of COVID-19.

Students attending vocational schools will return to school next Monday. Local authorities have allowed indoor restaurants and food stores to resume operation if they follow COVID-19 measures. Religious and historical relic sites will reopen if the situation continues to improve.
Quang Ninh province has recorded no new domestic transmission during the past 20 days. Provincial authorities reopened local tourism according to the level of risk in each area and only for local tourists. Quang Ninh will closely monitor people and vehicles entering the province.
