Hanoi seeks to promote semiconductor development
(VOVWORLD) -Hanoi has many advantages for developing a semiconductor industry and is prioritizing IC and AI development, said Nguyen Viet Hung, Director of the municipal Department of Information and Communications, at a seminar on on Monday.

Hanoi’s goal is to become a leader in scientific research and technology development and innovation.
To that end, it will focus on core technology and develop digital technology start-ups to create new products and services. Incentives will be offered to investors and enterprises in the semiconductor industry.
