(VOVWORLD) - The Hanoi People's Committee has planned to operate a number of applications under the government’s project on developing applications on population data, identification, and electronic authentication for national digital transformation.
Hanoi will introduce the Digital Capital Citizen application, known as iHaNoi, which offers e-health records and judicial records on VnelD application, and E-Cabinet application of smart meeting rooms.
These are online interaction channels between the administrations at all levels and the people and businesses. Priority will be given to healthcare, issuance of judicial records for the people, non-cash collection of fees at parking-lots, and management of tax collection and electronic invoices for household businesses.
