Hanoi to become a creative hub: municipal Party chief
(VOVWORLD) - Hanoi’s priority is to turn its creative potentials into a foundation for its socio-economic development goals, said Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Vuong Dinh Hue.

Addressing a consultative conference on creative city initiatives on Friday, Mr. Hue referred to the development strategy adopted in 2016 for the Vietnamese culture industry by 2020, with a vision to 2030, defining Hanoi as Vietnam’s creative hub.
"Hanoi aims to fulfill its 2025 strategic goal of becoming a smart and modern city capable of competing with other cities in Vietnam and ASEAN, with a vision towards 2030 of becoming a green, smart and modern city competing with cities in the region and all over the world. By 2045, Hanoi could be a global city with high standards of living and comprehensive and sustainable development in fields of culture, economy and society," said Mr. Hue.
