(VOVworld) - Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh La Thang has affirmed the city will offer the best conditions for foreign investors including those from the Republic of Korea.

Mr. Thang made the statement at a reception on Monday for Kim Hack-yong, Chairman of the Republic of Korea-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Association.

Secretary Thang hailed the contributions of Korean investors to the city’s development, while emphasising potential for further cooperation between the Korea and HCM City.

He said he believes Kim Hack-yong in his capacity will continue to make more contributions to lifting bilateral relations.

Kim Hack-yong expressed his wish that Ho Chi Minh City’s leaders continue facilitating the operations of South Korean firms and citizens to work and live in the city.
