(VOVworld) – Secretary of HCM city’s Party Committee Dinh La Thang received Han Zheng, Secretary of Shanghai’s Party Committee, on Thursday.

They agreed to boost cooperation between the two cities, contributing to friendly relations and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and China. They also witnessed the signing of a number of cooperative agreements in friendship exchanges, education, training, science, and technology.
