(VOVworld) - Deputy Health Minister Pham Le Tuan has prioritized health insurance for local people in the southwest sea and islands.

Speaking at a meeting to promote healthcare coverage in Phu Quoc island of Kien Giang province, Tuan said a combination of public healthcare and military clinics will be strengthened to provide better quality of care. Kien Giang province will invest more on training  courses for health workers, medical equipment and building of more clinics and transport facilities.
