Ho Chi Minh City, Italy forge closer cooperation in tourism, culture
(VOVWORLD) -Vice Chairwoman of Ho Chi Minh city People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Thu has expressed her wish to work with Italy in tourism management and heritage preservation.

At a reception on Friday for Italian Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism Donari Bainchi, Thu said tourism is an important sector which contributes significantly to the city’s socio-economic achievements. She called on the Italian Deputy Minister to continue boosting cooperation between Italian localities and Ho Chi Minh city for mutual understanding and friendship.
