(VOVworld) – Ho Chi Minh City leaders yesterday visited media agencies on the occasion of the 87^th anniversary of the Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press Day on June 21^st. A delegation of senior officials led by Le Thanh Hai, Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, visited and sent congratulations on Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and Vietnam Television (VTV). Hai appreciated an effective coordination between VOV and the city’s party committee in traffic information. He expressed his hope that the station will continue upholding its tradition as the country’s leading Radio Broadcaster. VOV Director General Nguyen Dang Tien emphasized that VOV will always work closely with Ho Chi Minh City for the city’s development. Tien said that VOV will expand coverage and enhance quality of traffic programs in the city in the future.
