The event was held by the municipal People’s Committee and chaired by the municipal Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Thien Nhan, who is also chair of the project steering committee. The project sets out 4 major goals: sustaining growth toward knowledge-based, digital economy; effective governance on the basis of forecast, improving the living and working environment, and enhancing people’s participation.
