(VOVworld) – The International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on Monday that Greece is no longer in default on its loans after remitting 2 billion euros to make up missed debt payments.
IMF spokesman Gerry Rice said Greee has repaid the totality of its debts to the IMF and therefore is no longer in debts.
He affirmed that the IMF is ready to help Greece recover its economic growth and stabilize its financial condition.
