(VOVworld) – Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Do Ba Ty praised the legislature’s Standing Committee’s Commission on People's Petitions for its performance last year and urged for further reform to improve the quality of its activities.

At a review conference of the Commission in Hanoi on Friday, Mr. Ty said the Commission abided by the Law on Reception of Citizens and done a good job in dealing with people’s petitions, but needs to increase oversight of resolution of people’s petitions and complaints.
