(VOVworld) - Indonesian Ambassador to Vietnam Mayerfas visited the northern mountainous province of Yen Bai on Tuesday to study investment opportunities in tourism.

Chairman of Yen Bai People’s Committee Pham Duy Cuong asked Indonesian authorities to spread the word about Yen Bai’s strength in trade and tourism and provide information about the Indonesian market. The Ambassador expressed his hope to improve bilateral trade.

The two sides agreed to establish twin relations between Yen Bai and an Indonesian locality.
