(VOVworld) – Themed “Great poet Nguyen Du, prominent Vietnamese poet and World Cultural Celebrity: cross-age value and heritage”, an international workshop, co-organized by the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and Ha Tinh People’s Committee, will open in Hanoi on Saturday.
More than 100 comments and speeches will be delivered by Vietnamese and international scholars at the international workshop, in a bid to uncover new research about Nguyen Du’s life, career and his masterpiece, The Tale of Kieu, said Nguyen Dang Diep, director of the Institute of literature on Thursday.
