Interpol issued a “Red Notice” on Tuesday for Iraqi Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi, who  has been accused of coordinating and funding terrorist attacks. The Red Notice was circulated to Interpol’s 190 member countries. The notice is the highest alert level and follows Iraq’s arrest warrant for the fugitive Vice President.
