Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said the two parties thoroughly considered full implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) signed on July 14 in Vienna. He said Iran’s program is for peaceful purposes and that Iran is fully complying with the JCPOA agreement. A new IAEA report said Iran conducted research relevant to the development of atomic weapons until 2003, but IAEA observers found no credible indications of nuclear-weapons-related activities in Iran after 2009. The IAEA will prepare a final report on December 15th to submit to P5+1. This report will pave the way for implementation of the nuclear agreement between Iran and P5+1 signed in July.
