Iran promotes free trade with Caucasus and Eurasian countries
(VOVworld) – President Hassan Rouhani said on Sunday that Iran wants to boost free trade with the Caucasus and Eurasian countries in the near future.

At a joint press conference with Azerbaijan’s President, Ilham Aliyev, during his visit to Azerbaijan, Mr. Rouhani said regional issues need to be resolved through dialogue. He said Iran is ready to be a mediator for Azerbaijan and Armenia to resolve their disputes in Nagorny Karabakh.
Rouhani arrived in Baku on Sunday morning to participate in a trilateral meeting with Russian and Azerbaijan’s presidents. The meeting focused on expanding trilateral cooperation in trade, energy, telecommunications, the environment, transportation, and the fight against terrorism.
