(VOVWORLD) -Iran reaffirmed Monday its readiness to cooperate with the UN nuclear watchdog, after the agency said in a report that it cannot certify the peaceful nature of Tehran's nuclear program.

The IAEA board of governors convened a meeting Monday in Vienna.

Iran Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani told a press conference that Iran is ready to continue constructive cooperation with the IAEA and pointed to the agency's obligations.

Kanani said no resolution is expected at this week's meeting, and warned that any further unconstructive action by the IAEA will again have unconstructive results.

A report released by the IAEA last Wednesday said Iran continues to enrich uranium well over the limits laid down in the 2015 deal, and its stockpile is now more than 19 times the limit set in the accord.
