In a speech in Germany on Monday, Zarif said the countries who blame Iran or Qatar for terrorism are trying to avoid taking responsibility for their own failure to address the demands of their people.
Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed al-Khalifa accused Qatar of a military escalation by allowing soldiers and tanks to enter its territory. On Sunday, Khalid said outside interference cannot solve the problem.
