Iraqi lawmakers seek timetable for withdrawal of foreign troops
(VOVWORLD) - Iraq’s parliament on Thursday adopted a resolution calling for a timeline for the pullout of foreign troops.

Iraqi Parliament Speaker office said that Iraq is grateful for other countries’ help in fighting ISIS but wants the Iraqi governments to establish a timetable for the withdraw of foreign troops.
A US-led coalition involving 74 nations and international organizations was set up in 2014 to help defeat ISIS in Iraq. The coalition said in February that its members already downsized their forces after ISIS-controlled territories in Iraq were liberated.
