Japanese legislator Keizon Takemi visits Vietnam

(VOVworld) – Vietnam wants to boost cooperation with Japan in finalising market economy institutions, generating quality human resources, and developing a reliable infrastructure.

Vice Chair of the Vietnam National Assembly, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, made the statement at Tuesday’s reception in Hanoi for the visiting Professor, Keizon Takemi, a member of the House of Councillors in Japan.

Ngan proposed that in his capacity, Professor Takemi would continue in supporting Vietnam with Japanese ODA funded projects and calling on Japanese companies to help develop medical equipment and pharmaceutical manufacturing

In reply, Professor Takemi vowed to work hard to increase friendship and cooperation between the two countries, as well as between the Japanese Diet and the Vietnam National Assembly.
