(VOVworld) – Japan’s Defense Minister Gen Nakatani said he plans to visit Vietnam early next month. During his visit, the minister will hold talks with Defense Minister Phung Quang Thanh on international issues of mutual concern and exchange notes on the situation in the East Sea, including China’s reclamation activities. This will be Minister Gen Nakatani’s first visit to Vietnam and the first Vietnam visit by a Japanese Defense Minister in 2 years.
