(VOVworld) – The 17^th congress of Khanh Hoa province’s Party Committee opened in Nha Trang city on Tuesday. In his address, National Assembly chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung said that the provincial party committee should focus on the target of rapid, sustainable socio-economic development: “We have 5 urban areas and 5 districts, which should focus on new rural development towards urbanization. The province should construct the Van Phong special economic zone and succeed in new rural development.”

The 15^th congress of Ca Mau province’s party committee opened on the same day.
