King Charles III’s coronation to take place on May 6, 2023
(VOVWORLD) - The coronation of King Charles III will take place at Westminster Abbey on May 6, 2023, according to a Buckingham Palace announcement on Tuesday.

The ceremony will be conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the spiritual head of the Anglican Communion.
“The Coronation will reflect the monarch’s role today and look towards the future, while being rooted in longstanding traditions and pageantry”, the palace added.
Charles is not only the king and head of state of the United Kingdom but also of 14 other realms including Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand, and Papua-New Guinea.
