Kremlin says Russia’s goodwill on Black Sea grain deal is not endless
(VOVWORLD) -Russia’s goodwill will not last indefinitely when it comes to renewing the Black Sea grain deal, the Kremlin said Wednesday, one day after President Vladimir Putin said Moscow is considering withdrawing from the accord.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told a regular news briefing that the West’s refusal to honor part of the agreement is wearing out Russia's political goodwill.
On Tuesday, Putin accused the West of cheating Moscow by failing to deliver on promises to help get Russian agricultural goods to world markets. Putin said Moscow is prepared to supply free grain to the world’s poorest countries.
Russia’s food and fertiliser exports are not sanctioned but the West’s restrictions on payments, logistics, and insurance pose barriers to shipments, Moscow says.
The Black Sea grain deal is in effect until July 17, after being extended on May 18.
