(VOVworld) – Authorities in the northern mountain of Lang Son on Thursday began a donation campaign helping soldiers and their families on Truong Sa island. All the money collected will improve their lives both materially and spiritually.
The province has detailed the schedule for this campaign which will last until the end of May.
