(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has worked with leaders in Lao Cai province to review its growth potential. He said Lao Cai should unleash its potential in tourism, border trade and exchanges with China. Cultural diversity of local ethnic groups, topographic landscape of the province and mining industries are suggested as key growth factors. He said Sa Pa should review its zoning to promote sustainable development. On Saturday, the Prime Minister inspected work progress at the Fansipan Sa Pa cable car network construction site, which is expected to complete next April.
