To comply with pandemic measures, the fishing port, the largest in the south-central region, will operate at 30% capacity under strict monitoring. Twenty fishing boats are getting ready to sail. Oil, ice, and food providers have returned to normal operation.
For the time being, the port managers will allow just 20 vessels out and 20 vessels in each day. To ensure safety during the pandemic, the port management board will only allow fishing boats to load and unload seafood onto transport vehicles, but not to sell seafood at the port.
