The bill aims to complete land-related institutions and policies to match Vietnam’s socialist-oriented market economy institutions, and eliminate overlapping and contradictions in those policies and related regulations.
The revisions are intended to resolve problems in land management and use, harmonise the interests of the State, land users, and investors, and promote land use rights and a transparent real estate market.
Deputies also discussed a draft revised resolution on votes of confidence for officials elected or approved by the NA and People’s Councils.
