Minister Nguyen Van The said Vietnam’s transport infrastructure has met international standards, helping to secure connectivity between regions and between Vietnam and other countries.

“Despite encouraging progress, there remain weaknesses in our transport system. We need breakthrough solutions to ensure traffic safety. In addition to state capital and loans, we are calling for private investment in the form of build-operate-transfer for transport infrastructure development,” Mr. The said.
