(VOVWORLD) -Leaders of other countries on Wednesday continued sending profound condolences to Vietnamese Party and State leaders, people and family of former Party General Secretary Le Kha Phieu over his passing.

The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea hailed the former Party leader as a senior revolutionist, an outstanding political figure with significant contribution to the national reunification and socialism building in Vietnam.
Republic of Korean President Moon Jae-in in his condolence praised the former Party General Secretary’s important contribution to the two countries' relations development.
The Communist Party of Vietnam’s Central Committee also received condolences from political parties of Nicaragua, India, Venezuela, Brazil, Dominica, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, and Argentina.
