(VOVworld)- The country’s top lawmakers have suggested that the national reserves should only be used in emergencies to avoid inefficiency. They announced the decision today/Wednesday during the 7^th session of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee in Hanoi.

They also agreed to stockpile reserves of essential commodities and goods instead of cash. The head of the NA’s Law Committee Phan Trung Ly, said that there should be mechanisms to encourage organizations, individuals, and businesses, to contribute to the national reserves, in addition to resources taken from the state budget.
