(VOVworld) – A festival of paying tribute to Hoang Sa soldiers was held in An Hai village on Ly Son island, Quang Ngai province on Saturday.


Senior villagers practiced solemn rituals to commemorate the soldiers who died in battles to protect Hoang Sa archipelago and national waters.
On Friday, the villagers held a ritual to thank the God of Agriculture for bumper crops and pray the God for favorable weather conditions, good crops, and happiness in the new year.
