Despite harsh weather, migrants from Libya keep setting out to cross the Mediterranean anyway. More than 3200 migrants have been rescued at sea since the start of this week. However, the Malta-based Migrant Offshore Aid Station (MOAS) said the true toll is probably higher, as many boats sink without being reported.
