Ministry of Home Affairs urged to ensure transparent, fair recruitment
(VOVWORLD) - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh has asked the Ministry of Home Affairs to promote transparent and fair recruitment and promotion to attract talent in state administrative agencies.

Speaking in a review meeting on Thursday, Binh asked the Ministry to revise the Law on Public Servants to ensure consistency with Party regulations: “We need to drastically review regulations on public servants and promote transparency and open competition in recruitment. Organizational structures should be lean and mean in order to improve performance and personnel quality.”
