Ministry of Public Security releases list of terrorism related-individuals, organizations
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security has released a list of individuals and organizations relating to terrorism or sponsoring terrorism which includes the Viet Tan terrorist group and the “Provisional National Government of Vietnam” terrorist organization.
The list also consists of terrorism related-individuals and organizations designated by the UN Security Council. All details are provided at https://www.un.org/securitycouncil/sanctions/1267/aq_sanctions_list.
The Ministry of Public Security requires financial institutions, organizations and individuals engaged in non-financial trades and relevant agencies to take responsibility for blocking, sealing off, temporarily seizing and handling the money and property related to the individuals, groups in the sanctions list issued by the UN Security Council and the Vietnamese Government.
