(VOVworld) - Ho Chi Minh City and the Foreign Ministry held a workshop to discuss Vietnam’s international integration and emerging issues this year. Speaking at the event on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh listed preparation when joining the ASEAN community: “International integration will lure foreign investment and official development assistance, boost exports and economic growth. We need to accelerate institutional reform and improve economic competitiveness to get prepared for ASEAN community, where there is one single space and market within the ASEAN.”
