(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue on Sunday afternoon (local time) arrived in Buenos Aires to begin an official visit to Argentina at the invitation of President of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies Cecilia Moreau.

Chairman Hue and a high-ranking delegation of the National Assembly of Vietnam were welcomed at the airport by Deputy Foreign Minister Cecilia Todesca and Vietnamese Ambassador to Argentina and Uruguay Duong Quoc Thanh.
Mr. Hue is scheduled to have meetings with senior leaders of Argentina, attend business forums, participate in a political art program to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Argentina (October 25), and meet with embassy staff and representatives of the Vietnamese community in Argentina.
