The deputies discussed a report on the draft resolution on the  pilot of the urban administration  model in Da Nang city and related special mechanisms delivered by Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung. The report will be submitted to the government for further consideration in relation with the national development strategy in the next 10 years.  The same day, Minister of Public Security To Lam presented a report on the revised law on residence and Chairman of the NA Committee for Legal Affairs Hoang Thanh Tung delivered a verification report on the revised law. Legislators also debated revisions to some articles of the construction law.
