(VOVworld) – The National Assembly Law Committee appraised the draft law on the organization of local administrations on Tuesday. Many of the deputies said the draft law should specify administrative units in rural, urban and island areas in order to determine the appropriate responsibilities and tasks of local administrations.

National Assembly Vice-chairman Uong Chu Luu said that the issue should be made available for public comment with clear explanations on the different models of local administration at the communal, ward, and district level.
