(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung held talks on Wednesday with Myanmar Parliament and Upper House Speaker Khin Aung Myint, met with Lower House Speaker Thura U Shwe Mann and paid a courtesy visit to Myanmar President U Thein Sein.

The leaders agreed that parliamentary agencies of both countries should enhance exchanges, and share experience in legislation, supervision, and related affairs. The two sides pledged to continue to cooperate at international forums and promote bilateral ties.
