(VOVworld) – Receiving the French President Francois Hollande in Hanoi on Tuesday, National Assembly Chairwoman Ngyen Thi Kim Ngan said she hoped France would continue to help with Vietnam’s sustainable development, including the implementation of the 2030 UN Agenda.

Ms. Ngan praised France’s leading role in the global efforts to adapt to climate change and sea level rises and thanked the French government for its assistance to Vietnam in mapping out its climate change strategy. She proposed that France support the early signing of the Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement.
