National Assembly discusses revised law on the State’s compensation responsibility
(VOVWORLD) - The National Assembly on Wednesday discussed the revised law on the State’s compensation responsibility focusing on agencies responsible for compensation and how to compensate those who are wrongly convicted.

According to the revised law, the agencies which give wrong decision resulting in wrong conviction will be responsible for compensation. The deputies also discussed the regulations to give spiritual compensation for the relatives of the wrongly-convicted persons either alive or dead.
On Wednesday afternoon, the National Assembly deputies discussed the draft plan to build law and ordinance in 2018 and mulled over the legislature’s projected supervisory activities in 2018.
